1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of adtejari.com, operated by ADTEJARI CREATIVES. They apply to website browsing, enquiries and newsletter subscriptions. Paid services begin only when a separate written proposal, quotation or agreement is accepted; sending an enquiry does not create a paid engagement.

2. Our services and project agreements

We provide digital strategy, website design, lead generation, commerce and automation services. The agreed project document sets the deliverables, fees, payment schedule, milestones, revision limits, hosting or maintenance responsibilities, third-party charges and cancellation arrangements. Any changes require agreement in writing. These website terms do not retrospectively change an existing project contract.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and materials you are entitled to use. Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful material, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or misuse our forms. Do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal data through a general enquiry form. You are responsible for obtaining permission before sharing another person’s information.

4. Intellectual property

Our website content, designs and branding belong to ADTEJARI CREATIVES or their respective owners. You may view content for your own information and link to public pages. Reproduction, resale or other commercial reuse requires permission unless permitted by law. Ownership and licensing of commissioned deliverables are determined by the project agreement; third-party fonts, plugins, images and software remain subject to their own licences.

5. Information and reported results

Website articles are general information, not individual legal, financial or technical advice. Examples and case studies describe their stated context and reporting period; they are not a guarantee of future leads, rankings, sales or other results. We aim to keep information accurate but may correct or update it.

6. Third-party services and availability

Links to social media, WhatsApp and other websites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control them. The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

7. Privacy and newsletter choices

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Newsletter subscription is optional and separate from project enquiries. You can ask to stop marketing emails at any time by emailing sales@adtejari.com; use an unsubscribe link where one is provided.

8. Liability and statutory rights

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the website or third-party services beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes applicable statutory guarantees, remedies or consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. Any service cancellation or payment adjustment is considered under the project agreement and applicable law.

9. Changes, complaints and governing law

We may update these website terms prospectively and show the revised date. Malaysian law governs these terms. Please contact us first to discuss a concern; this does not prevent you from using any applicable statutory complaint process, tribunal or court with jurisdiction. No provision limits rights that Malaysian law makes mandatory.
